Wonderful Wednesday | Once a month, we provide a table of snacks or lunch for our amazing Lipscomb teachers to enjoy throughout the day. Volunteers can sign up to drop off a homemade or store-bought dish based on the theme. Brentwood High School Spirit Night |
Our Lipscomb students attend a Brentwood High School Friday night football game for free and join on the field for pre-game activities. We'll hold a tailgate before the game at Granny White Park. |

Auction Committee |

Fall Fest |

Run Team Race |
Run Team is open to all grades. During the Fall and Spring, participating students run at 7:45am each Monday morning, before school starts. At the end of the program, the Run Team students compete in a one-mile race against their age group. Volunteers will help with this single-day race. |

Breakfast with Your Bear |
Come to school and have a doughnut with your Bear (child)! This breakfast happens the same week of the Book Fair so you can shop with your child, too. We will have a volunteer committee to help organize and set up the breakfast. For info, contact Muna at muna.munchoor@gmail.com. |

A fun event with a focus in math, technology, engineering, and robotics. Volunteers help with activity design, demonstrations, and materials prep for the event. * Anyone who wants to volunteer must complete a new Williamson County School District Application and Confidentiality Agreement every year.
For most events, WCS requires Volunteers to be Tier 2 or Tier 3 qualified. Click on our Volunteer Forms Page for the qualification process.
Tier 3 status expires after 5 years. Upon expiration, volunteers will need to process a new background check within a year.
