The Lipscomb Elementary PTO will be continuing our corporate sponsorship program for the 2026-2027 school year. The corporate sponsor program provides an opportunity to promote your company, while continuing to support our LES teachers and students on-going needs throughout the school year. 

DIAMOND LEVEL - $4000

• Sponsorship of all 4 major LES events: Back to School Social, Fall Fest, Daughter Plus One & Son Plus One — including signage, newsletter, and social media recognition
• Event table at Back to School Night or Fall Fest to engage with the LES community
• Scoreboard banner in the LES gymnasium (used for school programs and community events)
• Individual banner at the Civitan Ball Field
• Logo on front-of-school banner with top placement

Supports teacher and staff care throughout the year: staff lounge stocking, staff meals, Staff Appreciation
Week, essential classroom supplies, WOW snacks, and teacher recognition

• Logo display in the Teacher Lounge
• Newsletter and social media recognition
• Opportunity to provide a promotional item or flyer to staff

Sponsorship Term and Deadline:

• Sponsorship term lasts from June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027.

• Commitment & Payment must be received no later than May 31st, 2026.

• Artwork and logo must be received by June 15, 2026.

*Corporate sponsors receive first right of participation for any add -on event or sponsorship
opportunities for 2026-2027 before they are opened to the public.
