2024 Auction Wishlist for ideas!...

 Please ask any place of business you visit if they would be willing to donate merchandise, a service, or gift cards to our auction. If you are visiting that place or doing business with that company, your LES community probably would too and would be interested in bidding on an item from them!  Once we have updated ourPTO Fundraising Letter for 2025, you can give donors a copy of the the letter which outlines our school’s history, planned use of funds raised, and the PTO’s Tax ID.

2024 AUCTION NOTES:

Each student brought home this Fall Fest Auction Informational Flyer for Parents. The flyer outlines how to submit an item and the types of businesses/items to consider.

Our PTO’s primary objective is to enhance the social and academic development of our students by funding items not covered by the Williamson County Schools district, including technology improvements, supplemental counseling programs, playground additions, library books, physical education equipment, teacher workshops, and more.  Anything that you or your organization may be able to donate is greatly appreciated!

Our public auction website is marketed to friends, neighbors, and families of our over 500 students, and the exposure for your business potentially extends beyond our community and throughout Middle Tennessee.
